- a friday morning knowing you get to take pass for the next 2 nights

- a post run brunch in the City

- running down a hill

- espresso sipping in a local café in Umbria

- strolling along a river

- restocking a fridge with FRESHNESS

- cheers with champagne

- laying down on the carpet w/my dogs

- coffee. coffee. coffee. the day isn't long enough to drink all the coffee.

- leaving a WP gate

- driving over 30mph

- swaying,singing,feeling live music in ears and drinks in hands

- feeling as free as Karoo (see pic)
