When does monotony become poisonous? After the tenth day? one hundredth? I enjoy routine, but I am constantly shying from mediocrity. Which looms closer every single day. I have to be inviting it in... or is it chasing me...I just have to make sure I always take the stairs!!!

After an all too quick conversation with Amelia G I came away with my favorite piece of advice for the year:
