i've fond a version heaven here at half moon bay.
there are so many,
which leaves me excited and intimidated.
do you have one in your head
the sun is gentle
the wind presses on, softly this time
i've just read about love
and now I am seeing it.
a bench
is near the edge with wildflowers, a blue heron.
dog walkers, lovers, strangers saunter by
because no one is rushing the sun.
i've never fit quite like this.
nestled into this new landscape:
welcomed and warmed
I’m so damn happy you’re back.
